Flightdec websites can provide assistance for a much more collaborative approach to solving
complex community-wide issues. At the same time it can help individual organisations to overcome
some of their isolation and to participate in working with others for a common good. From the outset
the motivations and guiding principles of collaboration need to be apparent.
I can see what's happening here. It's a dummy profile and there's a bit of work in progress. But
it's all looking pretty good and I can see how I can comment, post and interact.
Have you ever felt like a pioneer just because you were the first to scamper through early
morning powder snow? That's why I'm making this first comment... just to be first, to feel like a
pioneer and because I can. Now, someone, please reply.
Cafe Sixty Six has been a godsend on my trips from Wellington. Really nice coffee and a quite
place to reflect. I highly recommend supporting tham at this time.
Rebekah, I am originally from the Kapiti Coast too. I enjoyed the weekend as well and fantastic
to see you are the first to blog on the website. We are all leading the world now.
Tremendously important views expressed here for New Zealand, and beyond, Graham. We need to heed
these thoughts and act upon them. Please keep writing about these issues.
The Ontario Stroke Network’s (OSN) Professional Stroke Education Inventory is a repository of
tools, resources and programs that support uptake of best practices by health care professionals
working in stroke care. This Inventory organizes resources in alphabetical order in a
pdf–formatted document. It is hoped that this list can transition into a web-based document to
enable more frequent updates, changes, additions and be user-friendly at the same time.
Sectors include secondary stroke prevention and care, emergency department care, acute inpatient
care, inpatient rehabilitation, complex continuing care and home care services.
I do find it strange that the National government cannot see the inequality of their approach.
Their argument, as always, is based on some notion of business economics, when the real impact on
our child cannot be hidden. I do hope people vote in this election with their eyes open.
A very insightful article Laree. I agree we need to focus on ECE through the parents more. They
can support the more formal education very effectively and can also provide the core of public
support for a better deal for children in their early years.
It is a shame indeed that inequality is allowed to be fostered through a lack of real focus on
literacy at an early age. Commitment to simple actions to remedy the obvious faults can surely
produce better results than yet more policy and posturing from government!
An inspiring and interesting day. I hope that the first steps are small and strong ones, and that
Shine finds a way to stay in touch with the attendees. Separate programmes and initiatives remain
important but making connections and creating a more collective approach is now a key.

Thoroughly agree with this. We hardly need to see too far into the future to see dire consequences from inaction.

i do like the stories from nature that can be industrially applied without butchering the environment. At least, I'm guessing that's the case?
